For our prospective pupils at AFMS, the enrolment stages are listed below:

2 recent Passport Photographs (not more than 6 months old)
Photocopy of Candidate’s Birth Certificate or Passport Data Page
The last/most recent Academic Report Card from your child’s current school
Applicant’s Character Testimonial from current school
Parents living outside Lagos must provide the name and contact details of a Guardian living in Lagos and Come for entrance examination on the stated date
